2017 Seattle Health Innovators Holiday Party and Awards Night

Health Innovation NW is hosting its Third Annual Health Innovator of the Year Awards on Dec 14th, 2017 from 5:30- 8:0pm at the Cambia Grove in Seattle. This event is a chance to celebrate the vibrant health innovation community that has formed in the greater Seattle area and to recognize the heroes among us who are making a difference in healthcare.

This event is an ideal holiday party for health innovation teams. Seattle is becoming an international health innovation hub, and it’s time to let the world know we’re here and that we support each other’s success. Over the past years, some companies sponsor their employees to attend this event so that they get to have a catered holiday event and enjoy the company of other health innovators. This is a cost-effective way to bring your entire team together and to build a supportive community.

The 2017 Seattle Health Innovator awards recognize individuals who by their imagination, customer focus, collaboration and perseverance demonstrate that improvements in access, delivery and quality of health care are possible and achievable. From our call for nominations to the public we have selected a group of 15 award finalists. This years’ cohort comes from across the healthcare industry, including  care delivery, life science research, public health, patient advocacy and government.

About Health Innovation NW:

Health Innovation NW is a Washington State non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individual change agents in health and life sciences to connect, to educate the community, and to directly advance health innovation. The group is run by volunteers and sponsors multiple Seattle Health Innovators meetups each year, a group with over 1600 members.

We are a grassroots organization formed because of the need to create deeper connections within the health innovation community in Seattle. We started by organizing the Seattle Health Innovation Forum in May 2013. After 3 years of organizing events together, in 2016 we founded Health Innovation NW, a Washington non-profit corporation, so that we can take our collaboration to new levels. There is so much more we can do together to make a positive impact locally and globally. Learn more at www.healthinnovator.org.
